These Terms of Service govern your use of the SOWA AI waitlist and pre-launch website at sowa.ai, operated by DANCINGOD LLC.
Pre-launch waitlist
SOWA AI is currently in development and has not yet launched. By submitting your email, you are joining a voluntary waitlist to be notified when the product becomes available. No purchase, subscription, or payment is involved.
Voluntary participation
Joining the waitlist is entirely voluntary. You may unsubscribe or request removal of your email at any time by contacting us at hello@sowa.ai.
No guarantees
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, or any particular features. The product is under active development and details may change.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Updates to these terms
These terms apply to the pre-launch period only. Updated Terms of Service will be published before the full product launch. Continued use of the product after launch will be governed by those updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where DANCINGOD LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
